Build something questionable. See if physics agrees.

Wonky Vehicle Lab is a drawing-based vehicle sandbox where you sketch a strange little machine, glue or weld the parts together, then launch it across a bumpy test track.

Start with the demo vehicle, build your own from scratch, or paste a shared WVL1: build code. Your hand-drawn vehicle stays visible while the physics layer underneath does its best to make the whole thing roll, wobble, bounce, and maybe even reach the finish flag.

Features

  • Draw frames, struts, wheels, and seats directly onto the build bench.
  • Use glue for flexible joints or welds for rigid connections.
  • Test your vehicle on a hilly physics track with a finish timer.
  • Copy and paste WVL1: build codes to share inventions.
  • Includes undo, erase, live measurements, pause menu, and touch driving buttons.

Controls

  • Build: choose Frame, Strut, Wheel, Seat, Glue, Weld, or Erase.
  • Undo: Undo button or Ctrl+Z.
  • Test: press Test or Space.
  • Drive: D / Right Arrow, or the Drive button.
  • Brake / reverse: A / Left Arrow, or the Brake button.
  • Lean: Q and E, or the Lean buttons.
  • Restart test: R.
  • Pause: P, Esc, or Menu.

Tip: If your first machine falls apart immediately, that is not failure. That is research.

Definitely questionable that a single wheel and strut drives perfectly. A lot of the text is also incredibly difficult to read.

Thanks. Agreed. It seems to be scaling poorly for mobile at the moment. Appreciate the feedback.
