Pocket Pattern

Shake. Slide. Match.

Pocket Pattern is a tactile 3D sliding puzzle inspired by the classic physical colour-matching game. Shake the mini pattern cube to generate a new 3×3 target, then slide the chunky coloured tiles around the large board until the centre matches.

Simple to understand, surprisingly tricky to master — especially when you're chasing a faster time and fewer moves.

How to Play

  • Shake the mini cube to generate a random 3×3 colour pattern.
  • If four or more cubes show the same colour, the pattern is automatically reshuffled.
  • Slide tiles into the empty space to rearrange the board.
  • You can push several tiles at once if they share a row or column with the gap.
  • Recreate the target pattern in the centre 3×3 area.
  • Finish as quickly — and efficiently — as you can.

Scoring

Every round tracks both your completion time and the number of individual tile slides. Pushing multiple tiles is allowed, but each tile moved by one space counts as one slide — so efficient solutions still matter.

Can you beat your best time and clean up your solution?
